The Cipher Versary celebration concert, held on Friday, August 29, 2015, at Unseen Creatures Brewery in Miami, brought together hip-hop legends, local talent, and fans for a night of music, storytelling, and cultural unity. The event, hosted by Young Hump of Digital Underground and Thirstin Howl The 3rd of the LoLife, featured a star-studded lineup including Wu-Tang affiliate Killah Priest, Shadow League, Orion & Exes of La Plancha Hip Hop, Tiye Phoenix, Ka Zodiak, Kil Rip Kin, and special guests Hakim Green of Channel Live, DJ Epps, and DJ Six Millz of Belly Boys Entertainment.
Headlining the event was Killah Priest, a Wu-Tang Clan affiliate and a member of Sunz of Man, known for his thought-provoking lyrics and deep philosophical themes. In an interview with Rap Reviews, Killah Priest described his artistry, saying, “I have to say the most part is getting the respect. No matter what MC I'm around, they always give me some respect. (I'm an) MC's MC.” His ability to weave esoteric knowledge and spiritual themes into his music has earned him a reputation as one of hip-hop’s most intellectual and respected lyricists.

One of the evening's highlights was hip-hop artist and Wushu practitioner Miguel Gonzalez, known as Infinite7Mind, sharing how hip-hop and Killah Priest’s influence saved his life. Gonzalez, who grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey, credited Killah Priest for inspiring him to study esoteric sciences and philosophies, including the teachings of the Nation of Gods and Earths and Buddhism. He also reflected on a personal milestone, sharing the stage and microphone with his mentor, whom he referred to as his "Sifu."

Brooklyn native and Afro-Futurist author Oba Ade Dayo, who traveled from Atlanta to attend, described the event as a "family reunion" that united people of all races and socio-economic backgrounds. Dayo also introduced his new urban sci-fi book series, The Rites of Passage of Taiwo & Kehinde: Book 1: The Enemy of Water, which tells the story of estranged twins navigating life in different environments before reuniting as superheroes.

The Cipher Versary marked the 10-year anniversary of Do Tha Knowledge Radio, a podcast dedicated to amplifying the voices of the unseen and unheard. The event coincided with Miami’s Orange Blossom HBCU football weekend, adding to the city’s vibrant cultural celebrations. The celebration was powered by LoLife Miami Family and La Plancha Hip Hop, as highlighted in this Instagram post. A video recap on YouTube further captured the cultural significance of the event, showcasing its role in bridging street fashion, music, and community. Additionally, another Instagram reel provided a closer look at the performances and the energy of the night.
